I recently photographed the Southwest Gas building in the heart of Las Vegas. What stood out to me most was the beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the property.

The greenery adds character to the building and creates an inviting environment throughout the grounds. It also provides an interesting contrast to the architecture, especially in a city known for its desert surroundings.

For this commercial photography assignment, I wanted to capture both the building’s exterior and its relationship with the surrounding landscape. Landscaping plays an important role in how a commercial property is presented, and including these elements helps show the overall design of the space.

As a Las Vegas architectural photographer, I photograph commercial buildings, corporate properties, and exterior spaces for architects, developers, and businesses. Each project offers something different, and the Southwest Gas building was a good example of how thoughtful landscaping can enhance a commercial property’s appearance.
