Jaleo restaurant interior images published in Interior Design magazine
I’m proud to have two of my images of Jaleo restaurant at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas published in the April issue of Interior Design magazine.
I photographed the restaurant for both Think Food Group and The Rockwell Group, who designed the space.

This project was an opportunity to document how architecture, lighting, and culinary presentation come together to shape a memorable dining experience. While the focus of the assignment centered on the interior design, photographing a restaurant at this level naturally overlaps with food photography and brand-focused visual storytelling. Every element – from the layout of the dining room to the atmosphere surrounding the dishes – plays a role in how a restaurant communicates its identity.
As a food photographer in Las Vegas, I often work in environments where design, cuisine, and hospitality intersect. Restaurants like Jaleo are carefully crafted spaces where visual detail matters, whether images are used for editorial features, marketing materials, or brand archives. Capturing these environments requires an understanding of how light interacts with textures, surfaces, and plated dishes, as well as how guests experience the space as a whole.
Projects like this highlight how food photography and restaurant photography extend beyond the plate. They tell a broader story about concept, atmosphere, and intention. From the warmth of interior lighting to the visual rhythm created by architectural details, each photograph contributes to a cohesive narrative that supports the restaurant’s brand.
Being published in Interior Design magazine is always meaningful, as it reflects the collaborative work between designers, restaurateurs, and photographers. It also reinforces the importance of thoughtful, well-executed photography in documenting hospitality spaces at the highest level.
