I was lucky enough to encounter a dramatic stormy sky when I arrived downtown to photograph the new Las Vegas city hall building at dusk. The building was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects out of Boston.

I finally got a hold of a piece on China Poblano restaurant inside the Cosmopolitan hotel where one of my images was used.
This ribeye steak shot is from my advertising food shoot at Old Homestead restaurant in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. The food looked very appetizing and tasted delicious!
I went out recently to test my new Leica S2 camera. I found this wonderful mid century modern Las Vegas home in the Paradise Palms neighborhood, which is full of beautiful homes built in the 1960’s. Many of the homes were designed by Palmer & Krisel Architects.
This image was shot with the 30mm f/2.8 Elamrit-S ASPH wide angle lens. I must say that the Leica gear is spectacular! I am really impressed with the image quality and design of the camera, it exceeds any other camera system that I have shot with. I look forward to using it on more photography assignments.

Back in 1997 I set out to capture images along route 66 from California to New Mexico. This is one of my favorite images from the project that was taken in Needles California. I just went back to Needles a couple of weeks ago to shoot more, but this sign and many of the others are now gone. I’m lucky to have captured some of the old vintage signs and locations before they disappeared forever. This shot was done with a Sinar F1 4×5 view camera and a Schneider 150mm lens.
